Spain is a country known for its warm climate and sun-bathed cities and landscapes. The most remarkable time of day in this country though, is at sunset. Not only does the temperature cool, but the beauty of Spain comes to life. The red and gold of the evening highlight the light colored houses and buildings. Even after the sunlight fades away, the warmth of the Spanish stones radiates outward. The western coastal towns enjoy some of the best sunsets reflected off the Atlantic. The sunset is generally around 6 p.m. in the winter and 9 p.m. in summer.
